FLC欲在Binh Chanh建设1100多公顷市区，楼高99层
亿万富翁Trinh Van Quyet的FLC集团提议在胡志明市西部地区建设一个规模超过1,100公顷的综合体项目，总投资高达80万亿越南盾（近 40 亿美元），亮点是高楼99层。

2月8日，经胡志明市人民委员会批准，平政县委常委召开会议，听取了FLC关于该县企业投资计划的详细汇报。
会上，亿万富翁Trinh Van Quyet的FLC集团详细汇报了位于胡志明市平政县新日公社和平利公社的智慧生态城度假城区的投资建议。 项目规模达1,15公顷，总投资约80万亿越南盾（近40亿美元）。
项目研究区位于胡志明市西部，距市中心约10公里，距新山一机场约15公里。该项目由5个分区组成：生态市区；创意科学的市区；度假和娱乐市区；服务、安置和社会住房市区；居住和安置市区。
根据FLC的建议，整个项目的绿化率将达到75%以上，仅剩下25%用于建设。整个项目的亮点是位于项目核心的99层地标大厦，预计将成为胡志明市西部的新标志性建筑。如果该计划得以实施，该项目可能成为越南最高的建筑。
此外，还规划了许多其他高档实用项目，如迪士尼乐园模型主题公园、中央公园和湖泊、度假村、高尔夫学院、医疗保健区、中心购物中心、国际学校等。此外，项目还包括高层、低层、高档住宅区和安置区，配备保障房和中级住房，可满足约16.5万-18万人的住宿需求。

FLC主席Trinh Van Quyet先生进一步分享了企业的投资计划，表示平政县具有巨大的社会经济发展潜力。 基于这种先天优势，FLC希望投资建设一个具有同步战略的大口径综合项目，为改善城市面貌做出贡献，为邻近的社区和城市创造溢出效应。整个平政县变成一个微型城市，成为胡志明市的新亮点。
如果FLC是龙头，将会有很多并行项目，为平政县创造发展”，平政县委书记Tran Van Nam评论说，平政将创造有利条件最大限度地支持企业推进法律程序按照规定，以加快FLC在当地的投资进程。
